Genesis Mobile Veterinary Services, LLC is a mobile veterinary practice serving Davidson and Williamson County, Tennessee. Because we are a mobile practice, we do not operate a public premises. You can reach us at bsmith@genesismobilevet.com or (615) 249-8864.
The appointment request form asks for four things. Your full name, email address and phone number are required, so that we can reply to you and arrange a visit. A note about your pet is optional, and helps us prepare. We ask for nothing else. We do not collect payment details, home addresses or identity documents through this website.
We also collect a small amount of technical information automatically. Our Cookie Policy lists all of it.
We use what you give us to respond to your request, to arrange and provide veterinary care, to keep the records we are required to keep, and to contact you about your pet. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Four providers process data on our behalf. Webflow hosts this site and stores every form submission. Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used. Google Fonts serves our typefaces, which means your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
We share your information with no one else, except where the law or the rules governing veterinary practice in Tennessee require it of us.
If you become a client, we keep records for as long as Tennessee requires veterinary records to be kept. If you send us a request and do not go on to become a client, we delete your details after 30 days.
Email bsmith@genesismobilevet.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion may be limited by records we are legally required to retain.

This site is intended for adults arranging veterinary care. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
