Genesis Mobile Vet

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of genesismobilevet.com and the veterinary services provided by Genesis Mobile Veterinary Services, LLC, trading as Genesis Mobile Vet.

Everything on this site is general information about our services. It is not veterinary advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for your animal, and reading it does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. That relationship begins only once one of our veterinarians has examined your animal in person.

We are a scheduled service and we do not provide 24-hour emergency cover. If your animal needs urgent attention, go straight to an emergency hospital rather than waiting for us. In our area that means VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) in West Nashville or Franklin, Nashville Veterinary Specialists, or BluePearl in Nashville or Franklin.

Please do not use the appointment request form to report an emergency. It is not monitored continuously.

Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists only once we have agreed a date and time with you directly. We may decline or refer a request where an animal's needs fall outside what can be provided safely in a mobile setting.

We serve Davidson and Williamson County, Tennessee, and may decline requests outside that area.

Our published prices are a $99 visit fee, charged once per appointment however many pets are seen; an $85 exam fee per pet; and $495 for at-home euthanasia. Vaccines, laboratory work, medication and cremation are quoted separately. Prices are current as at the date above and may change. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm for your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of the visit. For euthanasia appointments, payment may be collected before, during or after the appointment, whichever is easiest for you.

Essential Care, Complete Care and Chronic and Senior Care are optional plans that spread the cost of routine preventive care across monthly payments, billed monthly in advance. A membership is not pet insurance. It does not reimburse you for costs, and it does not cover illness, injury or emergency treatment.

Memberships run for a minimum term of twelve months. They do not renew automatically. We will remind you before your term ends so that you can decide whether to continue.

Cancelling before the end of the twelve-month term requires payment of the remaining monthly instalments in full. Where the retail value of services already provided under the plan exceeds what you have paid, we will invoice the difference.

Plan benefits cover only the services listed for that tier on our Pricing page, and apply to one named animal. They cannot be transferred to another animal or person, and unused benefits do not carry over into a new term.

If your pet dies during a membership term, the membership ends as soon as you tell us and no further instalments are charged. Payments already made are not refunded, but nothing further comes due.

Because we work in your home, we ask you to tell us accurately about your animal, including any history of biting or fear aggression; to give us a safe, lit and accessible space to work in; to keep other animals secured; and to have an adult present throughout the visit. We may end a visit if conditions are unsafe for your animal or for our staff.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
