Wellness
A full physical exam, nose to tail, in your living room.
From vaccines to lumps and bumps, we cover it in the exam.
The exam itself is the same one you would get anywhere. What changes is everything around it — no carrier, no car ride, no waiting room full of other animals, and no rush.
Why It Matters
A year of your dog's life is not a year of yours. Meaningful change happens between visits — weight, dental disease, kidney and thyroid function, lumps that were not there last spring.
Animals are also very good at hiding illness. It is instinct, and it works against them. By the time a cat is visibly unwell, the problem is usually well established. A yearly exam and baseline bloodwork is how you catch the things that do not announce themselves.
Every Life Stage
The first year is a series of visits — vaccine boosters every few weeks, deworming, spay or neuter planning. Doing that at home means a young animal's earliest experiences of a veterinarian happen somewhere they feel safe, which shapes how they handle care for the rest of their life.
One visit a year for most healthy adults: exam, vaccines due, parasite prevention, and baseline bloodwork so there is something to compare against later.
Older pets do better with twice-yearly visits, and they are the ones for whom a car ride is hardest. Arthritis, kidney disease, thyroid changes, and dental problems all develop gradually and respond far better to early management than to late rescue.
If your pet is managing an ongoing condition, our Chronic & Senior Care membership covers monthly exams plus discounts on diagnostics and medications.
Pricing
A wellness visit is $184. That covers the exam and the house call, flat across every area we serve. Each additional pet seen in the same visit is $85 — so a two-dog household is one appointment, not two. Vaccines, bloodwork, and preventatives are billed separately.
Membership plans start at $69 per month and waive exam fees entirely, which pays for itself if you are seeing us more than twice a year. See full pricing, or check the areas we serve.
